Florida Baptist Children's Home
Florida Baptist Children's Home was founded on 1904. We have a proud, long history of reaching out to children in need, recapturing their childhood for them, bringing them to trust adults again, and showing them God's love. Boys and girls are selected to live at Florida Baptist Children's Home based on their need, and our ability to help them. We ensure that they get a good medical care, nourishing food, proper clothes, and education. The most important thing we give them is hope; we teach them about Jesus Christ. We provide an array of services that include not only Residential Living, but have an active and growing Foster Care Program. We offer Emergency Shelter Care for girls, a Maternity Care program and also are licensed to do Adoptions.Events, Trainings, or Orientation Dates
Opportunities & Needs
Areas where you might have the opportunity to help us of course would include donations of any kind that you would commonly need in your home. Mission opportunities include help in ground maintenance and landscaping Youth involvement in fellowship and gathering with our young people play an important role. We are always open to suggestions from volunteers who are willing to experience a part of what we do on a regular basis.Journal
